Small well established tourist lodge in northern Tanzania is looking for a mature management couple.

Skills/Requirements:
Both must:
• be fluent in English
• accept the need for a 24/7 mentality
• have passion for living outdoors in bush conditions
• be able to entertain one selves in a remote/isolated area
• be able to supervise a staff of 15 (local) employees each

One of the two must:
• be able to do, and supervise, general maintenance on all kinds of engine driven and electrical machines
• have a valid driver’s license
• have a technical education (essential if work permit is needed)
• have the ability to deal with local staff and surrounding communities

The other one of the partnership must:
• have F & B experience
• have education relevant to the tourism industry (essential if work permit is needed)
• have hosting skills and be representative
• have administrative skills and be computer literate

In between the two, it would be to an advantage if at least one:
• is internationally orientated or has working experience in developing/ African countries
• has basic knowledge of Kiswahili
• speaks other languages, preferably Spanish, German or French.
